SRG Global

Ongoing strategic content support for a national ASX-listed engineering, construction and maintenance business.

For more than three years, Overland Media has partnered with SRG Global to create strategic photo and video content across Australia and New Zealand.

What began as project-based content has developed into an ongoing retainer partnership supporting tender submissions, internal communications, external marketing, ASX announcements, brand positioning and national project visibility.

From Perth, Broome, the Pilbara, Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand, Overland Media has captured the people, projects, culture and capability behind SRG Global’s work — creating a long-term content library that supports the business across multiple departments and markets.

This case study breaks down the business problem, the strategic approach, the execution and the outcome behind a three-year content partnership with one of Australia’s leading specialist engineering and construction companies.

Dwellingup Tourism - AWARD WINNING PROJECT

Destination content strategy and campaign production for one of Western Australia’s leading adventure towns.

Overland Media worked with Dwellingup Tourism to help position the town as a must-visit adventure destination, creating a hero video and campaign asset library built around trails, forest, rivers, mountain biking, hiking, paddling, camping, local operators and family-friendly outdoor experiences.

The project was designed to do more than showcase scenery. It helped package Dwellingup’s visitor experience into a clear destination story — one centred around adventure, nature, escape and exploration.

The content was used across website, social media, tourism campaigns, visitor marketing, local operator promotion, award submissions and broader destination communications.

Years later, the content continues to provide value, supporting Dwellingup’s visibility and reinforcing its reputation as a recognised tourism destination. The town went on to win Australia’s Top Tiny Tourism Town in 2023, cementing its place as one of the country’s standout regional tourism destinations.

Channel 7 Crabfest

Major event content coverage for one of Western Australia’s biggest free regional festivals.

Overland Media has captured Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest since 2021, helping the City of Mandurah and event partners showcase the scale, energy and community impact of one of WA’s major tourism events.

The work has included hero recap films, event photography, drone content, food and vendor coverage, sponsor activations, crowd atmosphere, family moments and quick-turnaround imagery for next-day media and social release.

The content was created to do more than document the weekend. It supported event visibility, sponsor value, stakeholder communications, paid advertising, future event marketing and Mandurah’s broader positioning as a tourism destination.

The result: a long-term visual asset library that helps promote Crab Fest year after year, supports sponsor and stakeholder reporting, strengthens Mandurah’s event marketing, and captures the atmosphere of a major community event attracting huge crowds to the city.

City of Rockingham - FOGO

Community education content for a major residential waste rollout.

The City of Rockingham needed to communicate the introduction of FOGO clearly to residents, helping households understand bin changes, reduce confusion and minimise contamination.

Overland Media worked with the City to create a suite of resident-facing campaign assets, including a hero explainer video, campaign photography, animation, bin education content and school-focused material.

The content was designed to make FOGO feel simple, practical and relevant to everyday households, while also communicating the broader impact around waste reduction, environmental responsibility and community behaviour change.

The assets were used across website, paid advertising, newsletters, mail drops and community education channels, giving the City clear, reusable content to support the rollout.

The result: a practical education campaign that helped simplify the FOGO transition, reduce confusion, improve resident understanding and support consistent communication across multiple public-facing channels.

City of Mandurah Asset Library

A long-term visual content library supporting tourism, community communication and city-wide marketing.

The City of Mandurah needed a fresh, high-quality bank of imagery and video content that could support the full scope of its communications — from tourism promotion and economic development through to libraries, waste services, marinas, gyms, beaches, accessibility, environment, events and community programs.

Overland Media worked with the City to capture a flexible asset library showcasing Mandurah’s people, places, services, lifestyle and natural environments.

The content was designed for use across website, social media, paid ads, visitor guides, tourism campaigns, reports, presentations, media releases, signage, print collateral, stakeholder packs and internal communications.

The result: a reusable visual library that improved consistency across City communications, reduced reliance on outdated imagery, supported tourism and community campaigns, and gave multiple departments high-quality assets they could continue using for years.

Quintessential & Serendipitous

Luxury tourism content for a premium 66ft Belize Riviera charter experience.

Quintessential & Serendipitous was a luxury charter brand built around a 66ft Belize Riviera, offering private coastal experiences, premium entertaining and relaxed high-end tourism.

As a new charter offering, the brand needed polished photo and video assets that could communicate the experience before guests booked — from the vessel itself through to food, drinks, water activities, coastal scenery, onboard lifestyle and refined details.

Overland Media created a premium content library designed for website, social media, booking platforms, paid advertising, brochures, PR, tourism trade material and partnership decks.

The result: a high-end visual asset library that elevated the brand’s premium aesthetic, showcased the luxury charter experience and demonstrated the level of polish required to market to premium tourism and lifestyle audiences.

Shire of Dandaragan / Jurien Bay Tourism - AWARD WINNING PROJECT

Destination marketing content supporting Jurien Bay’s 2026 Top Tourism Town finalist campaign.

The Shire of Dandaragan needed fresh tourism content to promote Jurien Bay beyond local audiences, refresh its destination video assets and support its 2026 Top Tourism Town award submission.

Overland Media worked with the Shire to create a hero tourism video, award submission video and supporting visual assets built around the idea of “Jurien Bay time” — slowing down, switching off and experiencing the relaxed rhythm of a coastal WA escape.

The content captured beaches, coastline, 4WD experiences, sea lions and the natural environment, creating a calm and inviting destination story for use across the award submission, social media and paid advertising.

The result: a refreshed tourism content package that helped strengthen Jurien Bay’s destination visibility and support its current finalist position in the 2026 7NEWS Top Tourism Town Awards.

Bendigo Bank Community Project

Community impact storytelling for a local banking brand focused on trust, awareness and connection.

Bendigo Bank needed content that could showcase its role as a genuine community partner, highlighting the local clubs, charities and organisations supported through its community-focused model.

Overland Media created a hero video, shorter video cuts, photography and interview-led content capturing real people, real organisations and real community outcomes.

The content was designed for annual reports, brand awareness, stakeholder communication and community engagement, helping Bendigo Bank show the human impact behind its local support.

The result: a reusable library of community storytelling assets that helped build trust, increase awareness, give local organisations visibility and communicate Bendigo Bank’s contribution in a more emotional and authentic way.
